How my journey began
I’m a very proud local having been born in Queenstown in the 70s. My Husband and I spent 18 years together in business whilst raising 3 children. I’m acutely aware not only of the challenges that life presents but also the challenges that are unique to living in this beautiful environment.
I feel passionately about my work and its ability to bring about the change that my clients want to see in their lives. Of greatest importance is the provision of a safe, confidential environment to support your personal growth. I understand the importance of the relationship between client and practitioner. My work is client centered and I focus on providing a caring and compassionate environment to support your growth.
As so often is the case, my personal experiences of challenges in life brought me to cross-roads. And the journey of personal work began. The changes that occurred set me up with a greater ability to put things into perspective and cleared the way for clarity and contentment. I know what it is like to struggle and I also know how to move through that.
I have been working with clients and continually studying for the past 8 years. I consider myself privileged to work with individuals and groups supporting them in their journey. Life will often challenge us; however, we can be better equipped to deal with it.
