Our work together always begins with identifying those aspects of your life that you feel need to be addressed. Together we will get really clear on what is working well and what is not. Often this begins with self-awareness. It’s fair to say that we are prone to living on autopilot, simply going through the motions and rarely stepping back to take stock.
